Birch Run/Taymouth Parents for Youth

Physicals for the 2007-08 sports season will be on Saturday, May 19
from 9:00 to 1:00 @ Birch Run High School. Dr. Henryk Pietrus will be
conducting the physicals. He will donate the total proceeds to the
Athletic Department. Cost of physicals will be $15. Anyone from 4th
grade
through 11th grade is eligible. In order to make the time more
efficient, we have developed a schedule. We have found this shortens
the wait
time for athletes and parents. This is just a suggested schedule. If
you find you cannot make the time designated, then come when you can.
Forms are available through the Main Office in any of the schools.

10th to 11th grade............. 9:00

9th grade........................ 10:00

8th grade........................ 11:00

4th to 8th ......................... 12:00
