2011 Baseball and Softball Rules

Here are the 2011 Valley Youth Baseball, T-Ball, and Dixie League Girls Minors softball rules

Girls 12U rules will be posted once they have been received

Sign Up Dates:

February 22 & 23; March 8 & 9, 2011 6-7:30PM at North Elementary School

Cost:

$25 per player - T-Ball

$40 per player - 4-Pitch through Pony

*** $5.00 discount for EACH ADDITIONAL CHILD after 1st signup in a family

2011 Baseball Tournament:

Dates: May 13, 14, 15 2011 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Location: Taymouth Township Park

Cost: $300 per team

3 Games Minimum

Ages: 8 and under, 10 and under, 12 and under, and 14 and under

Coaches Clinic - To Be Announced

Youth Player's Clinic (hosted by varsity sports teams) - To Be Announced (** All players attending will receive a ticket to watch the Birch Run Boys Varsity Baseball team play at the Loons Stadium.)

Umpire Clinic - To Be Announced

Games will begin approximately the first week of May and end the last week of June (EXCEPT for Girls Majors and Girls Softball which will start the first week of June and end the third week of July).

Boys & Girls Combined:

• Tee Ball - Tuesday and Thursday
• 4-Pitch: Monday and Wednesday

Boys:

• Boys Minor League - Tuesday and Thursday
• Boys Major League - Monday and Wednesday
• Boys Pony League - Will have 2 scheduled dates per week - days will vary

Girls:

• Girls Minor League - Monday and Wednesday
• Girls Major League - Tuesday and Thursday
• Girls Softball - Will have 2 scheduled dates per week - days will vary

Rainout day will be Friday.
